Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Local Pickup
Orders can be picked up on business days from 12 PM to 4 PM at our warehouse in Round Rock, TX. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
When you arrive, please check in at our reception desk before proceeding to the loading area.
Orders will be held for 30 days. If the order is not picked up within this time frame, it will be canceled.
Flat Rate Shipping
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days using USPS, FedEx or UPS standard shipping options. Orders placed through parts.ruvati.com will ship standard ground.
Shipping Estimated Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options based on your location and the items in your order. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you select.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that once an order is provided to the carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier’s schedule. Unfortunately, we cannot control or predict delays, such as weather conditions, labor strikes, or unforeseen disruptions.

International Shipping
Orders placed on the Ruvati website (parts.ruvati.com) are not eligible for international shipping.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including any customs duties, taxes, and import charges that may apply. These additional fees are not included in the total at checkout and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery.
