Ruvati is pleased to announce a key addition to its executive team as Mike Barron joins the company as Chief Financial Officer. A CPA with more than 40 years of experience in the public and private sectors, Mike offers an impressive skillset that will help Ruvati grow into one of the leading kitchen and bath sink brands in the US with a focus on innovation and trendsetting products.

Mike most recently retired from Texas Mutual Insurance Company where he served as Senior Vice President and CFO for nearly 18 years and oversaw impressive growth in corporate revenue, assets and net worth. Prior to that, Mike worked with large international public accounting and consulting firms around the country and the world. He was CFO of the Texas Teachers’ Retirement System and the Deputy Treasurer of the State of Texas. With a richly varied background that includes financial management, strategic planning and data analytics, he is exceptionally qualified to guide and advise Ruvati through its next phase of growth and brand optimization.

“We couldn’t be more excited to have Mike join our team,” said Maruf Khan, Ruvati’s Executive Vice President. “His breadth of experience will be invaluable as Ruvati charts an aggressive course for expansion in the coming years. Mike’s leadership and expertise will be an integral part of Ruvati’s future and we are glad to have him on board.”

Mike was a founding member of the Board of Directors of Sendero Health Plans, a Central Texas community-based HMO serving Texas CHIP and STAR Medicaid-eligible members. He also served on the boards of Senior Quality Lifestyle Communities and The Easter Seal Society of Central Texas. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and a member of the American Institute of CPAs. Mike and his wife Cindy are active in their church and volunteer with the Cornerstone Restoration Ministry, Mobile Loaves & Fishes, the Central Texas Food Bank, and the Salvation Army.
