This is a very nice utility sink. Quality is evident from the moment the box is opened, from the very nice cushioned packing, sink wrap, etc. It is highly polished on the inside, so much so that I don’t want to use it! The sound deadening exterior coating really does a great job. The accessories are very nicely made, and the interior grill keeps buckets and other hard items from scratching up that nice finish. I did not require to call or use customer service.

This sink is heavy duty, beautiful, and HUGE!! I can put two baking sheets side by side in it! The size makes it incredibly useful for many jobs that were a struggle in my smaller two-sided sink. The wire grid and the strainer cup in the drain are great accessories. My old sink was 18 gauge steel and would flex when using the tall single handle style faucet. This one is totally solid so far. Only have had it a few days but at this time I would recommend this model to anyone.
