Workstation Cutting Board

Unique to the Merino collection, workstation sinks in this collection feature a solid cutting board constructed of food-grade polymer (HDPE) that is resistant to water, UV, and other elements. Used in prominent commercial kitchens, HDPE is smooth, non-slip, and easy to clean. Because it is a high-grade plastic cutting board, it does not harbor bacteria like wood or other materials that can become weakened by overuse or develop splits that hold onto bacteria and mold.

Ruvati’s Ice Chest Sink

After years of research and development, Ruvati has developed one of the most advanced ice chest sinks in the market. Each ice chest from Ruvati has double-walled construction with two layers of stainless steel and a 3/4-inch wide gap in between that is fully sealed with insulating foam. State-of-the-art technology creates a fully sealed air-tight gap between the double layers of stainless steel. This ensures no water or air can get between the layers and damage the insulation.

In addition, the ice chest also features a 1/4-inch thick layer of PE foam on the outside that adds further insulation so the inside of your outdoor cabinets will stay nice and dry. The lid of the sink is also made of double-walled stainless steel and filled with insulating foam. With a 12-inch deep bowl, the ice chest can keep ice frozen for up to 24 hours and fits around 58 cans of beer or 29 bottles of wine.
